I would say my journey began very early on, not directly with photography, but through creativity in general. After pencil and pen, watercoulor became my medium of expression. As the internet and YouTube popularized, my options grew! This is how I learned about photography. Shutter speed and aperture caught my attention and soon I understood the theoretical functions behind a DSLR. The idea of my dad to buy a camera was a huge step in my development and in the journey, I was able to take.
Thanks dad!
Now as I started studying Creative Business in the Netherlands, I met so many creative people with similar hobbies. This inspired me more than ever to reach for the stars. The only boundaries are the ones you set yourself!
Inspiration can be found everywhere, whether it is in your favorite song, a rainy day, a weekend trip or a crack in a sidewalk. Inspiration will never have criteria, it’s what you make out of it that counts. I am not saying everything you produce has to be perfect, no! Everyone hast to start somewhere! Practice will improve your work, but there will always be setbacks and pieces you don't like. The most important thing to remember, is to never give up what you love to do!
